The objective of this assignment is “enhancement of feasibility reports on surface water resource–based water supply schemes for Amritsar and Ludhiana cities to meet the requirements for developing and preparation of ‘Operator Contract for delivering continuous pressurized (24/7) water supply to be implemented on Design, Build Operator and Transfer (DBOT) framework  coupled with private financing linked to future annuity payments”.
