Project Overview

To provide technical support to the Task Team on monitoring the implementation of the Project

• Provide support to the Task Team in managing Hubli–Dharwad city program and in preparation of programs for other two cities.
• Support the task team in review of the ToRs for Expert Reviewer and Technical Auditor, responding to queries from the client and review of the client’s responses to queries from the potential bidders on technical issues relating to selection of the Technical Auditor and Expert Reviewer
• Participate in discussions, as directed by the TTL, with client and Expert Reviewer on any issues that require inputs from the Task Team on below topics

1. a) Service Improvement Plans submitted by the Operator
2. b) Technical issues on Operator contract or on contracts with the Technical Auditor and Expert Reviewer
3. c) Protocols and methodologies for measurement of performance indicators
4. d) Issues of technical nature relating to water supply engineering, designing and operation and maintenance
5. e) RFQ cum RFP document for Belagavi and Kalaburagi

• Join the Implementation Supervision Missions as part of the World Bank Team and provide report on the progress on the above listed areas.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations as required
