Delegated Management Contract for Comprehensive O & M of water & Sewerage Services in MIHAN
The project is for operations and maintenance of water and sewerage infrastructure being installed at Multimodal Infrastructure Hub at Nagpur (MIHAN) implemented by Maharashtra Airport Development Company (MADC). JSPL provided consultancy services as a sub–contractor to M/s Matrix Technical Services Private Limited, who are the Project Management Consultants to MIHAN. The consultancy is for transaction advisory services for developing a delegated management contract and entrusting the project to a private Operator for carrying out the O&M of water and sewerage services for 10 years.
- Documenting the details water supply and sewerage system at MIHAN
- Developing options for outsourcing of operations and maintenance
- Developing Operating Contract with respect to risk sharing framework
- Preparation of Bid Documents
- Responses to queries from bidders
- Assistance in bid evaluation and award etc.
